Our staff has over 45 years of combined experience in the thermal printing industry. We do not try to sell you something you do not need, what you see on our site is what you get. Our website is continuously being updated with new products. If you do not see what you are looking for, we would be honored to help find it.
Our products are OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, shipped directly from the manufacturer. We do also sell aftermarket products for those that prefer them. All aftermarket products are stated either within the items pricing or description, or somewhere near the top of the page you are viewing. In any case, you do know what you are purchasing from us. We do not believe in the act of "Bait and Switch".
We offer what we consider to be the best brands of thermal, pos, and networking products. Some of the brands include Datamax O'Neil, Zebra, Intermec, Epson, Star Micronics, Citizen, Teklynx, Seagull Scientific, Cisco, and Motorola. We are able to provide other brands as well if you currently use them. We provide thermal and pos printers, parts, and accessories, barcode software, replacement OEM and aftermarket printheads, pos ribbon, receipt paper, thermal labels, thermal transfer ribbon, and depot printer service on thermal printers.
We are located in Kalamazoo Michigan, half way between Chicago and Detroit. No matter if you are in Dallas Texas, Atlanta Georgia, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago or Detroit, we are centrally located to handle any and all customers throughout the United States and Worldwide.
