2nd Day $19.95 per order(not per item) Orders must be received by 2:00pm EST
Next Day $39.95 per order(not per item) Orders must be received by 2:00pm EST
Collect MUST Provide your freight account number. Orders must be received by 2:00pm EST
International* Based on international shipping rates and will be added once we receive your order
