You may return ANY new, UNOPENED item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund(minus any shipping charges), no questions asked. There is a 20% Restock Fee on ALL unopened items(minus any shipping charges) being returned after 30 days. If an item has been opened within 30 days of purchase, and we find no issue with the product, there will be a 25% restock fee(shipping charges incurred by the customer to return the item to us will be refunded) to cover repackaging of the item. If the item has been opened after 30 days of purchase, and we find no issue with the product, there will be a 30% restock fee(minus any shipping charges) to cover repackaging of the item. If the item has been opened after 30 days of purchase, and we find the item is defective, there will be no restock fee, and the customer will have the option to a replacement, or a full refund including any GROUND shipping charge incurred by the customer to ship the item back to us. VERY IMPORTANT: We will NOT refund any shipping charges incurred by the customer to return any item to us unless we find the item defective. Returns after 45 days of purchase will not be accepted nor refunded. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization Number(RMA#) BEFORE returning any item to us. Any item shipped to us without an RMA# will NOT refunded. We will do a complete inspection of any product returned before we issue a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to inspect and process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Once we have completed our inspection of your return, we will inform you about the status of the returned item.
