We ship mainly within the United States however we do ship some products internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please inquire if we ship to your country.
Stock items may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge plus any freight associated with the return. Custom items may not be returned for credit. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper. Once we have completed our inspection of your return, we will inform you about the status of the returned item.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order in order to receive an RMA#. ANY return without an RMA# will not be refunded nor exchanged if warranted.
A reasonable amount of samples of most items are available. Certain items are not available as samples. Freight charges will be passed along on all requests to ship samples.
Although SDZ Supply takes great care to insure that shipments are protected, damage in transit does occasionally occur. To receive credit for damaged product, damage must be noted on the bill of lading at time of delivery and put aside for freight carrier review. All damaged goods claims must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Most products do not have a minimum dollar order unless stated on a particular page. The only minimum we have is by the sellable unit (One bundle or case).
